Shipping policy

Standard Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $100. Orders below $100 will incur a $12 shipping fee.

Express Shipping

We offer express shipping on all orders for $22. This fee is subject to change depending on the items ordered and your delivery address. Once shipped, express orders are usually delivered between 1-3 business day for metro areas, but will take longer for regional and remote areas. Please keep in mind during holidays, this time may vary.

Delivery estimates
Orders placed Monday to Friday (excl. public holidays and peak periods; Christmas, Boxing Day, Black Friday, etc) are typically processed between 1-3 business days. If there are any issues with fulfillment, we will contact you directly using the email/phone number you provide to discuss. 

Processing times typically take 1-3 business days. After that, shipping estimates are:

  • Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Canberra and Brisbane metro:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days.
  • Perth, Darwin, Tasmania, Regional NSW, Regional VIC, Regional SA:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 3-7 business days.
  • Regional QLD, Regional WA, Regional NT: 
    • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 4-10 business days.
  • International Shipping: We currently do not ship outside of Australia. 

PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE ALL ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES. We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, air or ground transportation strikes or delays.

Tracking Numbers

All purchases will have a tracking number available. Clocks Central assumes no responsibility for lost items as once it is shipped, we are no longer responsible. Please contact our support team HERE if you are unable to track your item.

Signature on Delivery

We offer both Secure Standard and Express Delivery both with Signature on Delivery to ensure that your order is safely delivered to your doorstep.

Damaged in transit/ Undelivered item(s)

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice significant damage to the item or packaging please take clear photos or video showing the damage, refuse to accept delivery and contact us immediately (preferably same day or within 3 days of delivery). Also, in the unlikely event that products purchased have not reached you within the 1-3 days after specified delivery please contact us at info@clockscentral.com.au.
