Ordering and Shipping

How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates depend on factors like the size, weight, and quantity of items in your order.

To check shipping costs, just add items to your cart, enter your postcode, and we'll give you an estimate. The final shipping cost will be shown in your cart before you complete your purchase.

We find you the most affordable shipping option when you place your order.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge $12 for Standard Shipping and $22 for Express Shipping.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy! Simply browse our collection, pick your clock, and click the "Add to Cart" button. Follow the checkout process to enter your shipping details and payment information.

Do you have a retail store?

Unfortunately, we currently only operate online! Rest assured that all orders are safely and securely processed via Shopify. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free reach out to our customer service team at info@clockscentral.com.au

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments through PayPal, Afterpay and Zip.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

No. We currently only sell within Australia.

What types of clocks do you sell?

We sell a wide variety of clocks, including wall clocks, alarm & desk clocks, kid's clocks and weather stations. We also sell clocks in a variety of styles, from classic to modern.

Returns and Exchanges
