Refund policy

We have a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@clockscentral.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can rectify the issue. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item(s).

Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you have a change of mind with your item(s) please email us at info@clockscentral.com.auExchanges are shipped once the original item makes it back to us in original condition.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@clockscentral.com.au.

Return Shipping Costs
Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. In these cases, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

Processing Time for Returns
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we have received it.

Gift Returns
If you received a gift and would like to return it, please follow the same return process as described above. Once your return is approved, we will issue a store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used for future purchases on our website.
